Latest Classes
As we said in the December newsletter, we have the wonderful Sphinx Patterson up and on the site, and as you can see he is getting plenty of views.
We also got Dom up and running with his injury fit series, starting with a focus on Healthy Hips. Anna dropped in to give us Ski Fit, a great Post Natal series and some much requested shorter workouts,
Peter gave us a wonderful Hi Lo class, and the enigmatic Yogi took us onto the next phase with his Hatha Yoga. We also started our life coaching series with the first video from Nicola.
I also wanted to mention, and thank, one of our members, Katie Andrews, who joined Lucy in the high BMI video, just to show us all what can be done.
This month we are not slowing down, we have ballet and a great street party session from Mel, fat loss, conditioning and much more. We are also delighted to be able to introduce Karen Mason, an award winning female body builder, who is going to take us through weightlifting techniques and a full class.
